KIM Yoon is Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and President of Twelve Labs, an AI company specializing in video understand- ing. Prior to this role, he was a Partner at Saehan Ventures, re- sponsible for global investment of deep tech startups in AI and the metaverse. Before his role at Saehan Ventures, he served as CTO at SK Telecom, leading R&D and innovations in AI and 5G for hyperconnected intelligence applications in security, data analytics, me- dia, cloud, and new mobility. He holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.

Eric BRECKENFELD is Director of Technology Policy at NVIDIA, leading policy efforts on semiconductor supply chains and artificial intelligence. Previously, he worked at the Semiconductor Industry Association, where he assisted with the passage and early implementation of the 2022 CHIPS and Science Act. He also served as a subject matter expert at DAR- PA, an AAAS Science and Technology Policy Fellow for the White House’s Na- tional Nanotechnology Initiative, and a National Research Council Fellow at the Naval Research Laboratory. He holds a Ph.D. in materials science and engineer- ing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.S. in physics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

SEOK Mingoo is Associate Professor of Electrical Engineer- ing at Columbia University. He served as the Solid-State Cir- cuits Society (SSCS) Distinguished Lecturer from 2023 to 2025. His research interests cover various aspects of VLSI computing hardware, including low-power, variation-tolerant hardware, and machine-learning hardware. He won the 2015 NSF CAREER award and the 2019 Qualcomm Faculty Award. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan and an M.A. and a B.S. from Seoul National University, all in electrical engineering.

CHOI Joon is Executive Vice President in charge of global growth strategy at SK Hynix. Dr. Choi joined SK Hynix in 2021 as Head of Marketing after serving as Chief of Staff to the SK Group Chairman. Since joining SK Group in 2012, he has assumed various roles in developing global investment oppor- tunities and business development. Prior to joining SK Group, he was a partner at Booz & Company. He received his Ph.D., MBA and M.S. in management information systems, as well as a B.S. in business administration, from Boston University.

LEE Jong Min is Vice President and Head of Future R&D Lab at SK Telecom. In this role, he leads the company’s ICT R&D strategy and technology-based business development to ex- pand technology portfolio and further strengthen SK Tele- com’s leadership globally. He has been awarded a number of global and national prizes including the Order of Science and Technology Merit (Ungbi Class) for his outstanding research and development achievements. He has also been involved with MPEG and ITU-T as working group Chair and Rapporteur. He holds a Ph.D. and a M.S. from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.

Anshu ROY is Founder and CEO of Rhombus Power Inc. From 2011 to 2016, Dr. Roy focused on Rhombus’s efforts to help the ongoing cleanup at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Pow- er Plant in Japan, through his invention called MercuryTM – Rhombus’s patented platform for solid-state subatomic parti- cle detection. Rhombus enters its second decade, having grown into an entity trusted and relied on by the United States Government, from the Air Force to SPACECOM. He holds a his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan.

Joe WANG is Senior Advisor to the Special Competitive Studies Project (SCSP), where he leads the Foreign Policy team and International Strategy Forum fellowship program. Prior to SCSP, he was Senior Advisor at the U.S. National Se- curity Commission on Artificial Intelligence (NSCAI) and previously served on the U.S. National Security Council staff as Director for Russia and Deputy Senior Director for Europe and Russia. At the U.S. Department of State, he served as Senior Advisor to the Coordinator for Sanctions Policy, Special Assistant to the Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs, and other positions in the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs. He was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kyrgyzstan. He holds a M.S. in foreign service from Georgetown University and a B.A. in economics and psychology from the University of Connecticut.

Ylli BAJRAKTARI is President and CEO of the Special Com- petitive Studies Project (SCSP). Mr. Bajraktari previously served as Executive Director of the National Security Com- mission on Artificial Intelligence and as Chief of Staff to Na- tional Security Advisor LTG H.R. McMaster. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of leadership roles under the Deputy Secretary of Defense and served as Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He holds an M.A. from Harvard University and a B.A. from George Washington University.

Michael KUIKEN is Commissioner on the U.S.-China Eco- nomic and Security Review Commission, following a tenure spanning nearly twenty-three years in the U.S. Senate, where he served as National Security Advisor to Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, holding the Senate’s most senior national se- curity staff role. Prior to joining Senator Schumer’s team, Mr. Kuiken spent more than a decade on the Senate Armed Services Committee (SASC) staff as a professional staff member. He holds a M.A. in international commerce and policy from George Mason University and a B.A. in political sci- ence and economics from Calvin College.

Carrie FILIPETTI is the Executive Director of the Vanden- berg Coalition who formerly served as Deputy Assistant Sec- retary for Cuba and Venezuela in the Bureau of Western Hemi- sphere Affairs. Prior to this position, she served as a Senior Policy Advisor for the United States Mission to the United Nations (USUN), where she advised U.S. Ambassador Nikki R. Haley on issues related to counterterrorism, the Middle East, and the Western Hemisphere. She holds a B.A. in religious studies from the University of Virginia.

Rob STRAYER is President of the Critical Minerals Forum. The Forum is a nonprofit consortium with seed funding from the U.S. Defense Department’s DARPA, and its members in- clude miners, investors, and end-user manufacturers that fa- cilitate dealmaking to increase diversified and reliable supply chains for critical minerals. He previously served as the Depu- ty Assistant Secretary of State for technology diplomacy at the U.S. State Depart- ment during the first Trump Administration. During that time, led a global cam- paign to enable trusted digital infrastructure with dozens of U.S. partners. Earlier in his career, Rob was the general counsel of the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee. He holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and a B.A. in economics from Denison University.

James LANDAY is Professor of Computer Science and the Anand Rajaraman and Venky Harinarayan Professor in the School of Engineering at Stanford University. He is Co- Founder and Denning Co-Director of the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI). Professor Landay was previously a tenured faculty member at Cornell Tech, the University of Washington, and UC Berkeley. He was also Director of Intel Labs Seattle and Co-Founder of NetRaker. He is a member of the ACM SIGCHI Academy, an ACM Fellow, and was awarded the ACM SIGCHI Life- time Research Award. He holds a Ph.D. and a M.S. in computer science from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.S. in EECS from UC Berkeley.

SUZUKI Kazuto is Professor at the Graduate School of Pub- lic Policy at the University of Tokyo and Director of the Insti- tute of Geoeconomics at the International House of Japan. He has worked at the Fondation pour la Recherche Stratégique in Paris, France as an assistant and served as Professor of Interna- tional Politics at Hokkaido University until 2020. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Sussex and is a graduate of Ritsumeikan University.

Jae LEE is CEO and Co-Founder of Twelve Labs, an AI com- pany specializing in video understanding. Previously, he worked as a Lead Data Scientist at the ROK Cyber Operations Command within the Ministry of National Defense, where he received an award for highest distinction in software develop- ment, becoming the first corporal in the command’s history to earn the honor. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Uni- versity of California, Berkeley.

Christopher JOHNSTONE is Managing Principal at The Asia Group. Previously, Mr. Johnstone served as Senior Advi- sor and Japan Chair at the Center for Strategic and Interna- tional Studies (CSIS). He also served in government for 25 years in a variety of senior positions with a focus on U.S. policy toward Japan and the Indo-Pacific. He served twice on the NSC, as Director for East Asia and Director for Japan and Oceanian Affairs. In the Office of the Secretary of Defense, he led offices with responsibility for South and Southeast Asia and East Asia. He has an MPA from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs and a B.A. from Swarthmore College.

KONO Taro is an eight-term Member of the House of Repre- sentatives. He previously served as Japanese Minister of De- fense, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Minister of Digital Transformation, serving since 2019. He has also held key posi- tions, including Chairman of National Public Safety Commis- sion, Minister for Administrative Reform, Civil Service Re- form, Regulatory Reform, Consumer Affairs and Food Safety, and Disaster Management during the Abe administration. He also served as Parliamentary Secretary for Public Management as well as Senior Vice Minister of Justice dur- ing the Koizumi administration. He holds a B.S. from Georgetown University\'s School of Foreign Service.

WI Sung Lac is a National Assemblyman and National Secu- rity Advisor to the Leader of the Democratic Party of Korea. A retired diplomat with 36 years of service, he held key roles such as Director-General of North American Affairs, Deputy Chief of Mission to the U.S., Chief Negotiator in the Six-Party Talks, Special Representative for Korean Peninsula Affairs, and Ambassador to Russia. After retirement, he taught international relations at Seoul National University and the Korea National Diplomatic Academy and served as Secretary-General of the Korea Peace Foundation. He holds a B.A. in international relations from Seoul National University.

KANG Kyung-hwa is President and CEO of the Asia Society. President Kang served as the first female Korean Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2017 to 2021. A veteran diplomat for the Korean Foreign Ministry and the United Nations, she has held senior leadership positions in Seoul, New York, and Geneva. In addition, she served as Distinguished Professor Emeritus at Ewha Womans University and is Distinguished Professor at the Institute for Glob- al Engagement & Empowerment at Yonsei University. She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in international and intercultural communication from the University of Massa- chusetts, and a B.A. in political science and diplomacy from Yonsei University.

MICHISHITA Narushige is Executive Vice President, Board Member, and Professor at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS) in Tokyo. He is also Deputy Director of Global Leadership Development Program and a Non-Resi- dent Senior Fellow at Atlantic Council. Previously, he was part of the Woodrow Wilson Center’s Asia Program and served as Senior Research Fellow at the National Institute for Defense Studies (NIDS), Ministry of Defense, and Assistant Counsellor at Japan’s Cabinet Secretariat for Security and Crisis Management. He is the author of North Korea’s Military-Dip- lomatic Campaigns, 1966-2008 (Routledge, 2009). He holds a Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.

Stephen M. WALT is the Robert and Renée Belfer Professor of International Affairs at Harvard Kennedy School. He previ- ously taught at Princeton University and the University of Chicago, where he served as Master of the Social Science Col- legiate Division and Deputy Dean of Social Sciences. He pres- ently serves on the editorial boards of Foreign Policy, Security Studies, International Relations, and the Journal of Cold War Studies. He is the author of The Origins of Alliances, which received the 1988 Edgar S. Furniss Na- tional Security Book Award. He holds a Ph.D. and an M.A. in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.A. in international relations from Stanford University.

Kathleen STEPHENS is Chair of The Korea Society and for- mer President and CEO of the Korea Economic Institute of America. She was a career diplomat in the U.S. Foreign Service and was the U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Korea from 2008 to 2011. She served in a number of policy positions in the U.S. State Department and the White House, including as Acting Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs and Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs. She holds an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.

NISHI Masanori is Senior Advisor at Nippon Life Insurance Company. He served as Special Adviser to the Minister of De- fense from August 2017 to October 2018 after holding the role previously from 2015 to 2016. He has held numerous roles at the Ministry of Defense, including Director General of the Bu- reau of Finance and Equipment, Director General of the Bu- reau of Defense Policy, and Administrative Vice Minister of Defense. He holds an M.Litt. in international relations from the University of Oxford and an LL.B. from the University of Tokyo.

AHN Ho-Young is currently a Chair Professor at Kyungnam University. He was a career diplomat who formerly served as ROK Ambassador to the United States. Previously, he served as 1st Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Deputy Min- ister for Trade at MOFA, ROK Ambassador to Belgium and the Korean Mission to the European Union. He holds an Hon- orary Doctorate in political science from Kyungnam University, an M.A. from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, and a B.A. in political science from Seoul National University.
